Purchase Options

At Vecedor, we offer flexible purchase options to make your shopping experience simple and convenient:

  • One-Time Purchase – Buy any product whenever you need it.

  • Subscription Orders (if available) – Save time and enjoy automatic deliveries at your chosen frequency. You may modify or cancel your subscription anytime.

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment.


Order Cancellation

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order:

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before shipment, whichever comes first.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it may qualify for a return under our Return Policy.

Subscription Cancellation (if applicable)

For subscription purchases:

  • You may cancel, skip, or modify your subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • Changes must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

  • Once billed, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.


Refunds

Approved cancellations made before shipment will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
